Description
The Veivot optical transceiver module VV-Q28-LR4 is a 4x25G single-mode fiber hot swappable optical transceiver. They comply with QSFP28 MSA1, IEEE 802.3ba 100GBASE-LR42, and IEEE 802.3bm CAUI-46. The digital diagnostic function can be obtained through the I2C interface, as specified by QSFP28 MSA. The transceiver complies with RoHS-6 of Directive 2011/65/EC3.
The optical connection is based on two single-mode fiber (SMF) LC connectors, one for Tx and the other for Rx. Tx and Rx each consist of four 25GB/s LAN-WDM channels, with wavelengths in the range of 1300nm. The QSFP28 LR4 t transceiver is designed specifically for applications up to 10Km.
