The Veivot indstrial grade copper SFP module VV-RSF-GEA-TI is a high-performance and cost-effective module that complies with the Gigabit Ethernet and 10/100/1000BASE-T standards specified in IEEE802.3u. It supports a data rate of 1000Mbps and can reach up to 100 meters through unshielded twisted pair 5/5e cables. They are compatible with 1000BASE-X automatic negotiation and have link indication function. The 1000BASE-T physical layer IC (PHY) can be accessed through I2C, allowing access to all PHY settings and functions. The physical IC can also be accessed through a 2-wire serial bus with address A0h.

The operating temperature range of this industrial transceiver is -40 ° C to +85 ° C, and it can operate in harsh industrial environments such as telecommunications, data processing and management, industrial and factory automation applications, outdoor applications, railways and intelligent transportation systems (ITS), marine, oil and gas, mining, etc.
