Description
The Gigabit Media Converter aims to convert 10/100/1000BASE-T copper to 1000BASE-X optical fibers. The VEIVOT Gigabit 1-Port RJ45 1-Port SC SX SM Ultra Small Mini Media Converter (VV-M1MC1G-1SF1E-xxA/B) features an Gigabit SC simplex singlemode port, support transmission distances of up to 80km, depending on the different optical transceiver modules. The Gigabit media converters provide a flexible and cost-effective way to extend the distance of existing copper networks, the lifespan of non fiber optic devices, or the distance between two devices, allowing you to maximize the utilization and performance of traditional devices. Ethernet signals allow three types of network segments to be easily, efficiently, and cheaply connected.
